Top 5 CliftonStrengths
Context
I want the big picture and all the details. I want to understand why things are the way they are (so I can understand how to make them better). We have to understand where we've come from to figure out where we're going, right?
Woo
It's important to me that colleagues and clients feel heard and at ease. I find joy in meeting new people, forging connections and making folks laugh. The sooner we can see eye to eye, the sooner we can do good work together.
Adaptability
I go with the flow and am ready and willing to do what needs to get done, including switching between tasks quickly and jumping into new projects and learning as I go.
Communication
At my first job out of college, my boss gently informed me I was "chatty." I've since honed this trait to ensure I'm using my communication skills productively and effectively (although I'm still chatty and would love to swap stories with you). Turning big ideas into clear communication -- and partnering with clients and colleagues to do so -- is my jam.
Activator
I don't like to wait around to start a project, and with a positive attitude, a heavy dose of enthusiasm and lots of encouragement, I strive to inspire others to act, too. I'm basically like a Golden Retriever with thumbs and a laptop.
